Public Works Operator/Maintenance
Immediate opening to join the Drakes Branch Public Works operations. Job duties would include, but not limited to mowing, weed-eating, trash collection, daily testing as required and general maintenance. Weekend work is required. The Town of Drakes Branch Comprehensive Plan 2026–2031 is now available for public review. The Comprehensive Plan serves as a guiding document for the Town’s future growth, preservation, revitalization, land use, transportation, community resources, and public investment priorities.
Developed with assistance from the Commonwealth Regional Council and informed by community input, Planning Commission work sessions, and data analysis, the plan outlines goals, objectives, and strategies to support the long-term quality of life and economic vitality of Drakes Branch.
